Mission Ukraine: 2024 in Review
“The year 2024 was a year of challenges, new opportunities, and growth for us.”
— Nataliya Lukyanova, founder of Mission Ukraine
As we reflect on 2024, we see a year marked by resilience, impact, and unwavering support from our community. Despite immense challenges, we expanded our mission, reaching more people in need with medical aid, psychological support, and humanitarian assistance.
What We Achieved in 2024
✅ Psychological Support
We worked tirelessly to help people cope with the psychological toll of war, offering support programs for medical professionals, children, educators, and families of fallen heroes.
✅ Medical Aid
We supplied hospitals with medicines, medical equipment, and essential supplies to ensure patients received the care they needed. Among our achievements:
- Restoration of the Ohmatdyt rehabilitation aqua zone
- Donation of wheelchairs and hydraulic tables for Ohmatdyt Hospital
- Renovation of hospital infrastructure to improve safety for patients and staff
✅ Assistance in Combat Zones
We provided food, and life-saving supplies to those living in war-affected areas:
- “Hot Coffee for Everyone” – 140 self-heating drinks delivered to frontline areas
- “Tourniquets for Life” – 200 tourniquets donated to save lives
✅ Support for Displaced Families
We provided household appliances to IDPs, including gas stoves, refrigerators, and washing machines. The family of Lada and Yevheniy from Mykulychyn (raising 15 children) received a solar hybrid power plant to stay warm in winter, along with furniture.
