Mariya Yemchenko
Maria is primarily involved in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects focused on providing humanitarian aid and support to Ukrainian society. Her responsibilities include developing plans, setting targets and timelines, and managing resources, budgets and team communication. She also works closely with partners and donors to secure funding and ensure support from all stakeholders.
She also monitors project progress, prepares reports and analyses results to improve the efficiency of future projects. She oversees the achievement of project objectives, quality control and organises the project closure process, including final evaluation and reporting.
