This is the collection of our Charity Organization “Charity Fund “Mission Ukraine” documents required by law of Ukraine.
Quarterly activity reports
Every three months, we prepare a quarterly report. There we tell how the help of donors has affected the fight against childhood cancer in Ukraine and share the main news of Ukrainian medicine that affects the quality of treatment of children with cancer.

Annual activity reports
Every year we prepare a report for the previous year. This report shows the scale of the donors’ help and how many children’s lives it has changed.
This report is on the Foundation’s most significant achievements and news, our partners, Ukrainian medicine.
Please note: the annual report has a descriptive format. You can see all expenditures in our monthly reports in Excel format. We also file a tax return once a year – scanned copies of these reports are downloaded in the corresponding section.

Tax financial statements
Every year we submit a tax return, which confirms the transparency of our work as a non-profit organization. Here you can see scanned copies of the prior years’ tax returns.
